Terms of Service (Including EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to luluco (“App”, “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the mobile application, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. App License (EULA)

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OFF LIVE PTE. LTD. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, within the scope permitted by these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • This license does not permit you to use the App on devices you do not own or control, nor to distribute or make it available for simultaneous use across multiple devices via a network.
  • You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  • You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, attempt to derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App (including updates).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App are provided through auto-renewing subscriptions.

Subscription period, pricing, and renewal terms can be found within the App and on the App Store payment screen.

Payments and refunds are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Privacy Policy

  • By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

  • If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access to the App.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this license shall immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OFF LIVE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Third-Party Terms

When using the App, you must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your App Store account terms and Apple's terms and conditions.
